Монгол Улсын Yндсэн хуулийн Хорин тавдугаар зүйлийн 1 дэх хэсгийн 7 дахь заалт, Монгол Улсын Засгийн газрын тухай хуулийн 26 дугаар зүйлийн 7 дахь хэсгийг үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Их Хурлаас ТОГТООХ нь:
1."Монгол Улсын эдийн засаг, нийгмийг 2013 онд хөгжүүлэх үндсэн чиглэл"-ийг хавсралтаар баталсугай.
2."Монгол Улсын эдийн засаг, нийгмийг 2013 онд хөгжүүлэх үндсэн чиглэл"-ийг "Монгол Улсын Мянганы хөгжлийн зорилтод суурилсан Yндэсний хөгжлийн цогц бодлого", Монгол Улсын 2013 оны төсвийн хүрээний мэдэгдэл болон бодлогын бусад баримт бичиг, хөтөлбөртэй нягт уялдуулан хэрэгжүүлэхийг Монгол Улсын Засгийн газар /С.Батболд/, Монголбанк /Л.Пүрэвдорж/, Санхүүгийн зохицуулах хороо /Д.Баярсайхан/ болон холбогдох бусад байгууллагад үүрэг болгосугай.
3."Монгол Улсын эдийн засаг, нийгмийг 2013 онд хөгжүүлэх үндсэн чиглэл"-ийг баталсантай холбогдуулан дараах арга хэмжээг авч хэрэгжүүлэхийг Монгол Улсын Засгийн газар /С.Батболд/-т даалгасугай:
1/"Монгол Улсын эдийн засаг, нийгмийг 2013 онд хөгжүүлэх үндсэн чиглэл"-д тулгуурлан 2013 оны төсвийн төслийг боловсруулж Улсын Их Хуралд өргөн мэдүүлэх;
2/"Монгол Улсын эдийн засаг, нийгмийг 2013 онд хөгжүүлэх үндсэн чиглэл"-ийн биелэлтийг оны эхнээс жигд хангах зохион байгуулалтын арга хэмжээ авч, түүний хэрэгжилтийн явцыг бүтэн жилээр гаргаж, Улсын Их Хуралд танилцуулах.
