Химийн хорт болон аюултай бодисын тухай хуулийн 6.4-т заасныг үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:

1. "Жагсаалт батлах тухай" Засгийн газрын 2007 оны 4 дүгээр сарын 11-ний өдрийн 95 дугаар тогтоолын 1 дүгээр хавсралтаар баталсан "Монгол Улсад ашиглахыг хориглосон химийн хорт болон аюултай бодисын жагсаалт"-ын 57 дахь заалтыг хассугай.

2. Мөн тогтоолын 2 дугаар хавсралтаар баталсан "Монгол Улсад ашиглахыг хязгаарласан химийн хорт болон аюултай бодисын жагсаалт"-д дор дурдсан агуулга бүхий 29 дэх заалт нэмсүгэй.
