Засгийн газрын үйл ажиллагааны хөтөлбөрийг хэрэгжүүлэх болон Хөрөнгийн биржийн харилцагч, хувьцаа эзэмшигчдэд олгогдвол зохих хувьцаа, ногдол ашгийн өрийг барагдуулах зорилгоор Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:

1. 1996-1999 онуудад Хөрөнгийн биржийн үйл ажиллагааны явцад үүссэн өр буюу иргэд, харилцагчдад олгогдоогүй байгаа хувьцаа борлуулсны орлого, ногдол ашгийн өрийн үлдэгдэл болох 560092579 /таван зуун жаран сая ерэн хоёр мянга таван зуун далан есөн/ төгрөгийг улсын төсвийн хуваарилагдаагүй зардлаас нөхөн санхүүжүүлэх арга хэмжээ авахыг Сангийн сайд Н.Баяртсайханд зөвшөөрсүгэй.

2. Үнэт цаасны зах зээлийн тухай хуулийн 19.2.3-т заасны дагуу Үнэт цаасны төлбөр тооцоо, төвлөрсөн хадгаламжийн төвийн харилцагчдын алдагдсан хувьцааны болон ногдол ашгийн мөнгөний үлдэгдлийг буцаан олгох, хяналт тавих журмыг боловсруулж мөрдүүлэн ажиллахыг Санхүүгийн зохицуулах хороонд зөвлөсүгэй.

3. Төсвөөс олгосон хөрөнгийг зориулалтын дагуу зарцуулах, иргэдэд олгох хувьцаа, ногдол ашгийг нь зохих журмын дагуу хуваарилахад хяналт тавьж ажиллахыг Сангийн сайд Н.Баяртсайханд даалгаж, Санхүүгийн зохицуулах хороонд зөвлөсүгэй.
