1. Орон нутгийн төсвийн хөрөнгөөр аймгийн нутаг дэвсгэрт гүйцэтгэх мал эмнэлгийн үйлчилгээний зардлын нормативыг хавсралтаар баталсугай.

2. Тогтоолын хэрэгжилтийг хангах удирдлага, зохион байгуулалтын арга хэмжээ авч ажиллахыг аймгийн Засаг дарга (М.Амарсанаа)-д үүрэг болгосугай.

3. Тогтоолыг холбогдох материалын хамт Хууль зүйн асуудал эрхэлсэн төрийн захиргааны төв байгууллагад хянуулж, бүртгүүлэхээр хүргүүлэхийг Иргэдийн Төлөөлөгчдийн Хурлын дарга (З.Эрхбаяр)-д даалгасугай.
