Монгол Улсын Засаг захиргаа, нутаг дэвсгэрийн нэгж, түүний удирдлагын тухай хуулийн 48 дугаар зүйлийн 48.1 дэх заалт, мөн хуулийн 22 дугаар зүйлийн 22.1.22 дахь заалт, 35 дугаар зүйлийн 35.1.14 дэх заалт, Газрын тухай хуулийн 52 дугаар зүйлийн 52.6 дахь заалтыг үндэслэн ТОГТООХ нь.

1.Сэлэнгэ сумын бэлчээр ашиглалтын журмыг хавсралтаар баталсугай.

2.Бэлчээр ашиглалтын журмыг олон нийтэд сурталчилж, хэрэгжүүлж ажиллахыг сумын Засаг дарга (А.Ганбагана)- үүрэг болгосугай.

3.Тогтоолын хэрэгжилтэд хяналт тавьж ажиллахыг иргэдийн Төлөөлөгчдийн Хурлын Хөдөө аж ахуй, байгаль орчин, аялал жуулчлалын хорооны дарга гишүүдэд даалгасугай.
