text-align:justify">  Монгол Улсын Засаг захиргаа, нутаг дэвсгэрийн нэгж, түүний удирдлагын тухай хуулийн 35 дугаар зүйлийн 35.1.10, 35.1.14 дэх заалт, Захиргааны ерөнхий хуулийн 60 дугаар зүйлийн 60.1 дэх хэсэг, 62 дугаар зүйлийн 62.2 дахь хэсэг, Хог хаягдлын тухай хуулийн 9 дүгээр зүйлийн 9.2.1, 9.2.2 дахь заалт, Сангийн сайд, Байгаль орчин, аялал жуулчлалын сайдын хамтарсан 2018 оны 192, А/243 дугаар тушаалын 1, 2 дугаар хавсралтыг тус тус үндэслэн ТОГТООХ нь:

1.Хог хаягдлын үйлчилгээний хураамжийн хэмжээг хавсралтаар баталсугай.

2.Хог хаягдлын хураамжийг төсөвт төвлөрүүлж, хог хаягдлын үйлчилгээг сайжруулж ажиллахыг сумын Засаг дарга (Б.Өнөржаргал)-д үүрэг болгосугай.

3.Энэхүү тогтоолыг захиргааны хэм хэмжээний актаар бүртгэгдсэн өдрөөс эхлэн сумын Иргэдийн Төлөөлөгчдийн Хурлын 2015 оны 12 дугаар сарын 17-ны өдрийн 14 дүгээр тогтоолыг хүчингүй болсонд тооцсугай.
