ТОГТООЛД ӨӨРЧЛӨЛТ ОРУУЛАХ ТУХАЙ

Монгол Улсын Засгийн газрын тухай хуулийн 30 дугаар зүйлийн 1 дэх хэсэг, Төсвийн тухай хуулийн 10.1.10, Төрийн хэмнэлтийн тухай хуулийн 17.1.1-д заасныг тус тус үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:

1."Нийслэлийн Засаг даргын Тамгын газар, Улаанбаатар хотын Захирагчийн ажлын албаны бүтэц, нийслэл, дүүргийн Засаг даргын Тамгын газар, Улаанбаатар хотын Захирагчийн ажлын албаны орон тооны хязгаарыг батлах тухай" Засгийн газрын 2024 оны 81 дүгээр тогтоолын 6.2, 6.8, 6.10 дахь заалтыг тус тус хүчингүй болсонд тооцсугай.

2.Нийслэлийн Засаг даргын дэргэдэх Нийслэлийн Залуучуудын хөгжлийн газар, Нийслэлийн Улсын бүртгэлийн газар, Нийслэлийн Хүүхэд, гэр бүлийн хөгжил, хамгааллын газар, Нийслэлийн Хөдөлмөр, халамжийн газрын чиг үүргийг төрийн захиргааны болон харьяа дүүрэг рүү холбогдох байгууллагад шилжүүлэх ажлыг хууль тогтоомжийн хүрээнд хамтран зохион байгуулж, эд хөрөнгө, санхүүгийн төлбөр тооцоог зохих журмын дагуу шийдвэрлэхийг Хууль зүй, дотоод хэргийн сайд О.Алтангэрэл, Гэр бүл, хөдөлмөр, нийгмийн хамгааллын сайд Л.Энх-Амгалан, Соёл, спорт, аялал, жуулчлал, залуучуудын сайд Ч.Номин, Нийслэлийн Засаг дарга бөгөөд Улаанбаатар хотын Захирагч Х.Нямбаатар нарт даалгасугай.
