МӨНГӨН ТӨЛБӨРИЙН ХЭМЖЭЭГ ТОГТООХ ТУХАЙ

Цэргийн албаны тухай хуулийн 31.1-д заасныг үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:

1.Цэргийн дүйцүүлэх албыг 2025 онд мөнгөн төлбөрийн хэлбэрээр орлуулан хаах иргэний төлөх төлбөрийн хэмжээг 15,937,600 (арван таван сая есөн зуун гучин долоон мянга зургаан зуун) төгрөгөөр тогтоосугай.

2.Цэргийн дүйцүүлэх албыг мөнгөн төлбөрийн хэлбэрээр орлуулан хаах ажлыг холбогдох хууль тогтоомжийн дагуу зохион байгуулж, мөнгөн төлбөрийг төвлөрүүлэхийг аймаг, нийслэлийн Засаг дарга нарт даалгасугай.

3.Энэ тогтоолын хэрэгжилтэд хяналт тавьж ажиллахыг Батлан хамгаалахын сайд С.Бямбацогт, Сангийн сайд Б.Жавхлан нарт үүрэг болгосугай.
