Олон улсад үүсэж байгаа геополитикийн болон худалдааны хурцадмал, тодорхойгүй нөхцөл байдалтай холбогдуулан хүн амд үзүүлэх үйлчилгээний зохицуулалтын уялдааг хангах, аж ахуйн үйл ажиллагаа эрхлэх орчны тогтвортой байдлыг дэмжих зорилгоор төрөөс иргэн, хуулийн этгээдэд үзүүлж байгаа бүх төрлийн үйлчилгээний төлбөр, хураамжийг 2025 оны төсвийн жилд нэмэгдүүлэхгүй байхыг Засгийн газрын гишүүд, Засгийн газрын агентлагийн дарга нар, зөвлөл, хороо, комиссын дарга нар, бүх шатны Засаг дарга нарт тус тус үүрэг болгож, иргэдийн Төлөөлөгчдийн Хурлын тогтоодог бүх төрлийн татвар, хураамжийн хувь, хэмжээг нэмэгдүүлэхгүй байхыг аймаг, нийслэл, сум, дүүргийн иргэдийн Төлөөлөгчдийн Хуралд зөвлөсүгэй.
