Чөлөөт бүсийн тухай хуулийн 8.4-т заасныг үндэслэн, "Хөшигийн хөндийн эдийн засгийн чөлөөт бүс байгуулах тухай" Монгол Улсын Их Хурлын 2022 оны 10 дугаар тогтоолыг хэрэгжүүлэх зорилгоор Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:

1."Хөшигийн хөндийн эдийн засгийн чөлөөт бүс"-ийн Захирагчийн ажлын албаны бүтцийг доор дурдсанаар баталсугай:

1/Хөрөнгө оруулалт, төлөвлөлтийн хэлтэс;

2/Захиргаа, санхүүгийн хэлтэс;

3/Дэд бүтэц, газар зохион байгуулалтын хэлтэс;

4/Инновац, технологийн хэлтэс;

5/Хуулийн хэлтэс.

2."Хөшигийн хөндийн эдийн засгийн чөлөөт бүс"-ийн Захирагчийн ажлын албаны орон тооны хязгаарыг 30 байхаар тогтоосугай.

3."Хөшигийн хөндийн эдийн засгийн чөлөөт бүс"-ийн Захирагчийн ажлын албаны үйл ажиллагааны зардлыг 2025 оны батлагдсан төсөвтөө багтаан, цаашид жил бүрийн улсын төсөвт тусган санхүүжүүлж байхыг Монгол Улсын Шадар сайд С.Амарсайхан, Сангийн сайд Б.Жавхлан нарт, чөлөөт бүсийн бүтээн байгуулалтыг хэрэгжүүлэхэд холбогдох хууль тогтоомжийн дагуу өөрийн эрхлэх асуудлын хүрээнд хамтран ажиллахыг Засгийн газрын гишүүдэд даалгасугай.
