Хүннү Зуунмод хотын эрх зүйн байдлын тухай хуулийн 14.6-д заасныг үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:

1.Хүннү хотын Захирагчийн ажлын албаны бүтцийг доор дурдсанаар тогтоосугай:

1.1.Хөгжлийн бодлогын хэлтэс;

1.2.Хууль тогтоомж, гэрээ эрх зүйн хэлтэс;

1.3.Санхүү, хөрөнгө оруулалтын хэлтэс;

1.4.Төрийн захиргааны хэлтэс;

1.5.Гадаад харилцаа, хамтын ажиллагааны хэлтэс;

1.6.Мэдээлэл технологи, бүртгэлийн хэлтэс;

1.7.Хуурай боомт, тээвэр логистикийн хэлтэс;

1.8.Хот байгуулалт, газар зохион байгуулалтын алба;

1.9.Хот, нийтийн аж ахуйн хэлтэс.

2.Хүннү хотын Захирагчийн ажлын албаны орон тооны хязгаарыг 61 хүртэл байхаар тогтоосугай.

3.Хүннү хотын захиргааны удирдлагын бүтцийг дараах байдлаар тогтоосугай:

3.1.Хүннү хотын Захирагч;

3.2.Хүннү хотын ерөнхий архитектор;
