ТОГТООЛЫН ХАВСРАЛТАД НЭМЭЛТ, ӨӨРЧЛӨЛТ ОРУУЛАХ ТУХАЙ

Монгол Улсын Засгийн газрын тухай хуулийн 30 дугаар зүйлийн 1, Шинэ Зуунмод хотын эрх зүйн байдлын тухай хуулийн 14.6, Төрийн албаны тухай хуулийн 12.1.9, 18.8-д заасныг тус тус үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:

1."Шинэ Зуунмод хотын Захирагчийн ажлын албаны бүтэц, орон тооны хязгаар батлах тухай" Засгийн газрын 2024 оны 09 дүгээр сарын 04-ний өдрийн 67 дугаар тогтоолд доор дурдсан агуулга бүхий 3 дахь заалтыг нэмсүгэй:

"3.Шинэ Зуунмод хотын захиргааны удирдлагын бүтцийг дараах байдлаар тогтоосугай:

3.1.Шинэ Зуунмод хотын Захирагч;

3.2.Шинэ Зуунмод хотын ерөнхий архитектор;

3.3.Шинэ Зуунмод хотын Захирагчийн ажлын албаны дарга."

2.Мөн тогтоолын 1 дэх заалтын "1.9.Чөлөөт бүсийн хөгжлийн алба" гэснийг "1.9.Хот, нийтийн аж ахуйн хэлтэс" гэж өөрчилсүгэй.

3."Төрийн захиргааны албан тушаалын ангилал, зэрэглэл, албан тушаалын жагсаалтыг шинэчлэн батлах тухай" Засгийн газрын 2022 оны 12 дугаар сарын 28-ны өдрийн 487 дугаар тогтоолын хавсралтаар баталсан "Төрийн захиргааны албан тушаалын ангилал, зэрэглэл, түүнд хамаарах албан тушаалын жагсаалт"-ын "Эрхэлсэн түшмэл" ангиллын "ТЗ-3" зэрэглэлийн "Нутгийн захиргааны байгууллагын албан тушаал" баганын "4.Нийслэлийн Засаг даргын эрхлэх асуудлын хүрээний нутгийн захиргааны байгууллагын дарга" гэсний дараа "5.Шинэ Зуунмод хотын Захирагчийн ажлын албаны дарга" гэж нэмсүгэй.
