ТОГТООЛЫН ХАВСРАЛТАД НЭМЭЛТ ОРУУЛАХ ТУХАЙ
Цагдаагийн албаны тухай хуулийн 88.3-т заасныг үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:
1."Цагдаагийн алба хаагчийн дүрэмт хувцасны загвар, түүний эдэлгээний хугацаа, цагдаагийн алба хаагчид дүрэмт хувцасны мөнгөн хангамж олгох журам батлах тухай" Засгийн газрын 2017 оны 5 дугаар сарын 30-ны өдрийн 155 дугаар тогтоолын 1 дүгээр хавсралтаар баталсан "Цагдаагийн алба хаагчийн дүрэмт хувцасны загвар"-ын "Зургаа.Мөрдэс, ялгах тэмдэгний загвар" хэсэгт ""Шүүх шинжилгээний ерөнхий газар" ханцуйн бэлгэдэл тэмдэг 6-41 /хар хөх/", ""Дотоод хэргийн их сургууль" албаны дүрэмт хувцасны ханцуйн бэлгэдэл тэмдэг 6-42 /цэнхэр, улаан/", ""Дотоод хэргийн их сургууль" хээрийн хувцасны ханцуйн бэлгэдэл тэмдэг 6-43 /хар хөх/"-ын загварыг тус тус хавсралт ёсоор нэмсүгэй.
2.Мөн хавсралтаар баталсан "Цагдаагийн алба хаагчийн дүрэмт хувцасны загварын товчоо"-нд доор дурдсан агуулгатай 29, 30, 31 дэх заалт, "Тайлбар" хэсгийг тус тус нэмсүгэй:

"Тайлбар:Шүүх шинжилгээний байгууллага, Дотоод хэргийн их сургуулийн алба хаагч хэрэглэдэг цагдаагийн дүрэмт хувцас, хэрэглэлийн бичиглэл нь тухайн байгууллагыг илэрхийлсэн байж болно."
