ТӨРИЙН ЭЗЭМШЛИЙН ХУВЬЦААГ ЭЗЭМШИГЧИЙН ЭРХИЙГ ХЭРЭГЖҮҮЛЭХ ЭТГЭЭДИЙГ ТОГТООХ ТУХАЙ

МОНГОЛ УЛСЫН ЗАСГИЙН ГАЗРЫН ТОГТООЛ

Дугаар 25

Монгол Улсын Засгийн газрын тухай хуулийн 30 дугаар зүйлийн 1, Төрийн болон орон нутгийн өмчийн тухай хуулийн 21 дүгээр зүйлийн 2 дахь хэсгийн 3-т заасныг үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:

1."Монгол Улсын Хөгжлийн банк" ХХК-ийн төрийн эзэмшлийн хувьцааг эзэмшигчийн эрхийг эдийн засаг, хөгжлийн асуудал эрхэлсэн төрийн захиргааны төв байгууллага хэрэгжүүлэхээр тогтоосугай.

2."Монгол Улсын Хөгжлийн банк" ХХК-ийн төрийн эзэмшлийн хувьцааг эзэмшигчийн эрхийг эдийн засаг, хөгжлийн асуудал эрхэлсэн төрийн захиргааны төв байгууллага хэрэгжүүлэх болсонтой холбогдуулан тус банкны үйл ажиллагаа хууль тогтоомжид нийцэж байгаа эсэх талаар ээлжит хяналт, шалгалтыг холбогдох байгууллагуудтай хамтран хийж, үр дүнг 2024 оны 4 дүгээр улиралд багтаан Засгийн газрын хуралдаанд танилцуулахыг Монгол Улсын Тэргүүн Шадар сайд бөгөөд Эдийн засаг, хөгжлийн сайд Л.Гантөмөр, Сангийн сайд Б.Жавхлан нарт даалгасугай.

3.Энэ тогтоол гарсантай холбогдуулан "Төрийн эзэмшлийн хувьцааг эзэмшигчийн эрхийг хэрэгжүүлэх этгээдийг тогтоох тухай" Засгийн газрын 2020 оны 4 дүгээр сарын 8-ны өдрийн 122 дугаар тогтоолыг хүчингүй болсонд тооцсугай.

4.Энэ тогтоолын хэрэгжилтэд хяналт тавьж ажиллахыг Монгол Улсын Тэргүүн Шадар сайд бөгөөд Эдийн засаг, хөгжлийн сайд Л.Гантөмөрт даалгасугай.
