ЖУРАМ БАТЛАХ ТУХАЙ

Аж ахуйн нэгжийн орлогын албан татварын тухай хуулийн 18 дугаар зүйлийн 18.14, Хувь хүний орлогын албан татварын тухай хуулийн 20 дугаар зүйлийн 20.5 дахь хэсгийг тус тус үндэслэн ТУШААХ нь:

1."Дотоодын үнэт цаасны анхдагч болон хоёрдогч зах зээлд нээлттэй арилжаалсан Засгийн газар, аймаг, нийслэлийн болон Монгол Улсад байрладаг албан татвар төлөгчийн өрийн хэрэгсэл /бонд/, хувьцаа, бусад үнэт цаасыг борлуулсны орлогод албан татвар ногдуулах орлогыг тодорхойлох, суутган тооцох, төсөвт төлөх, тайлагнах журам"-ыг хавсралт ёсоор баталсугай.

2.Энэхүү журмын хэрэгжилтийг хангаж ажиллахыг Татварын ерөнхий газар /Ч.Чимидсүрэн/, Үнэт цаасны төвлөрсөн хадгаламжийн төв /М.Энхсайхан/-д, Кастодианы үйл ажиллагаа эрхлэгч хуулийн этгээдүүдэд тус тус даалгасугай.

3.Энэхүү журмын хэрэгжилтэд хяналт тавьж ажиллахыг Санхүүгийн зохицуулах хорооны ажлын алба /Т.Жамбаажамц/, Сангийн яамны Татварын бодлогын газар /Б.Тэлмүүн/-т тус тус үүрэг болгосугай.
