ЖАГСААЛТ БАТЛАХ ТУХАЙ

Төрийн болон орон нутгийн өмчийн хөрөнгөөр бараа, ажил, үйлчилгээ худалдан авах тухай хуулийн 10.7-д заасныг үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:

1.Төрийн худалдан авах ажиллагааны газраас хариуцан зохион байгуулах "Ерөнхий гэрээний аргаар худалдан авах бараа, үйлчилгээний жагсаалт"-ыг хавсралт ёсоор баталсугай.

2."Ерөнхий гэрээгээр худалдан авах бараа, үйлчилгээний жагсаалт"-д заасан бараа, үйлчилгээний тендер шалгаруулалтыг худалдан авах ажиллагааны цахим систем (www.tender.gov.mn)-ээр зохион байгуулж, бараа нийлүүлэгч, үйлчилгээ үзүүлэгчийг сонгон шалгаруулж, ерөнхий гэрээ байгуулан, цахим дэлгүүрт бүртгэхийг Төрийн худалдан авах ажиллагааны газар (Ц.Батзул)-т даалгасугай.

3.Ерөнхий гэрээний аргаар зохион байгуулах тендер шалгаруулалтад шаардагдах техникийн тодорхойлолт, ажлын даалгавар, холбогдох бусад материалыг Төрийн худалдан авах ажиллагааны газарт хүргүүлэхийг төсвийн ерөнхийлөн захирагч нарт даалгасугай.

4.Энэ тогтоолын хэрэгжилтэд хяналт тавьж ажиллахыг Монгол Улсын Шадар сайд С.Амарсайханд үүрэг болгосугай.
