1.1945 оны чөлөөлөх дайнд оролцсон ахмад дайчдад 6000 төгрөгийн нэг удаагийн буцалтгүй тусламжийг орон нутгийн төсвөөс энэ оны 9 дүгээр сарын 1-ний дотор багтаан олгохыг аймаг, нийслэлийн Засаг дарга нарт даалгасугай.

2.Энэ тогтоолын 1 дүгээр зүйлд Халх голын 19З9 оны байлдаан болон тус улсын баруун хил дээр 1940-1948 онд болсон зэвсэгт тулгаралтад оролцсон ахмад дайчдыг нэг адил хамруулж, тэдэнд заасан хэмжээний буцалтгүй тусламжийг олгохоор тогтоосугай.
