Төрийн албаны тухай хуулийн 51.3, 60.1-д заасныг тус тус үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:

1."Төрийн захиргааны албан хаагчид мөнгөн урамшуулал олгох журам"-ыг хавсралт ёсоор баталсугай.

(Энэ тогтоолын хавсралтад Засгийн газрын 2026 оны 210 дугаар тогтоолоор өөрчлөлт орсон)

2."Журам батлах тухай" Засгийн газрын 2019 оны 1 дүгээр сарын 9-ний өдрийн 7 дугаар тогтоолын хавсралтаар баталсан "Төрийн албан хаагчид өндөр насны тэтгэвэрт гарахад нэг удаагийн буцалтгүй тусламж олгох журам"-ын 2.3 дахь заалтын "дундаж" гэснийг хассугай.

3.Мөнгөн урамшуулал олгоход 2024 онд шаардагдах хөрөнгийг тухайн төрийн захиргааны байгууллагын төсвийн захирагчийн батлагдсан төсөвт багтаан, цаашид жил бүрийн улсын төсөвт тусган санхүүжүүлж байхыг төсвийн захирагч нар, Сангийн сайд Б.Жавхланд тус тус үүрэг болгосугай.
