ТОГТООЛ, ТОГТООЛЫН ХАВСРАЛТАД НЭМЭЛТ, ӨӨРЧЛӨЛТ ОРУУЛАХ ТУХАЙ
Соёлын өвийг хамгаалах тухай хуулийн 13.1.7-д заасныг үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:
1."Жагсаалт батлах тухай" Засгийн газрын 2020 оны 1 дүгээр сарын 8-ны өдрийн 13 дугаар тогтоолын 1 дэх заалт болон хавсралтын нэрийн "Улсын хамгаалалтад байх..." гэснийг "Улсын хамгаалалтын зэрэглэлд байх... " гэж тус тус өөрчилсүгэй.
2.Мөн тогтоолын хавсралтаар баталсан "Улсын хамгаалалтын зэрэглэлд байх түүх, соёлын үл хөдлөх дурсгалын жагсаалт"-д доор дурдсан түүх, соёлын үл хөдлөх дурсгалыг нэмсүгэй:
