Гаалийн тариф, гаалийн татварын тухай хуулийн 40.6-д заасныг үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:

1."Татвар төлөх хугацааг сунгах, хэсэгчлэн төлүүлэх, татвараас чөлөөлөх журам"-ыг хавсралт ёсоор баталсугай.

(Энэ тогтоолын хавсралтад Засгийн газрын 2025 оны 79 дүгээр тогтоолоор нэмэлт, өөрчлөлт орсон)

2.Энэ тогтоолын хэрэгжилтэд хяналт тавьж ажиллахыг Сангийн сайд Б.Жавхлан, Уул уурхай, хүнд үйлдвэрийн сайд Ж.Ганбаатар, Хүнс, хөдөө аж ахуй, хөнгөн үйлдвэрийн сайд Х.Болорчулуун, Эрчим хүчний сайд Б.Чойжилсүрэн, Гаалийн ерөнхий газар (Р.Отгонжаргал), Татварын ерөнхий газар (Б.Заяабал)-т тус тус даалгасугай.
