Монгол Улсын Засгийн газрын тухай хуулийн 24 дүгээр зүйлийн 2 дахь хэсэг, Хууль зүйн туслалцааны тухай хууль (Шинэчилсэн найруулга)-ийн 6 дугаар зүйлийн 6.5 дахь хэсгийг тус тус үндэслэн ТУШААХ нь:

1."Ахмад настан, хөдөлмөрийн чадвараа бүрэн алдсан хүн, олон хүүхэдтэй өрх толгойлсон эцэг, эхэд үнэ төлбөргүй хууль зүйн туслалцаа үзүүлэх журам"-ыг хавсралт ёсоор баталсугай.

2.Журмыг үйл ажиллагаандаа мөрдөж ажиллахыг Хууль зүйн туслалцааны төвийн захирал (В.Оюумаа)-д, хэрэгжилтэд хяналт тавьж ажиллахыг Хууль зүй, дотоод хэргийн яамны Төрийн нарийн бичгийн дарга (П.Сайнзориг), Сангийн яамны Төрийн нарийн бичгийн дарга (Ж.Ганбат), Хөдөлмөр, нийгмийн хамгааллын яамны Төрийн нарийн бичгийн дарга (Э.Ганхүү) нарт үүрэг болгосугай.
