Монгол Улсын Засаг захиргаа нутаг дэвсгэрийн нэгж, түүний удирдлагын тухай хуулийн 35 дугаар зүйлийн 35.1.10, 35.1.14, 35.1.17, 48 дугаар зүйлийн 48.1, Хог хаягдлын тухай хуулийн 9 дүгээр зүйлийн 9.2.2, Сангийн сайд, Байгаль орчин аялал жуулчлалын сайдын хамтарсан 2018 оны 192, А/243 тоот тушаалыг тус тус үндэслэн сумын иргэдийн Төлөөлөгчдийн Хурлаас ТОГТООХ НЬ:

1.Сайхан сумын нутаг дэвсгэрийн хэмжээнд энгийн хог хаягдлыг цуглуулах, тээвэрлэх үйлчилгээ үзүүлсэний хураамжийн хэмжээг хавсралтаар баталсугай.

2.Энэ тогтоол гарсантай холбогдуулан Сайхан сумын иргэдийн Төлөөлөгчдийн Хурлын Тэргүүлэгчдийн 2010 оны 43 тоот тогтоолыг хүчингүй болсонд тооцсугай.

3.Энэхүү тогтоолыг Захиргааны хэм хэмжээний актын улсын нэгдсэн бүртгэлд бүртгүүлж, "Захиргааны хэм хэмжээний актын эмхэтгэл"-д нийтэлсний дараа хүчин төгөлдөр дагаж мөрдсүгэй.
