УЛСЫН ЕРӨНХИЙ БАЙЦААГЧИЙН ЭРХ ОЛГОХ ТУХАЙ

Төсвийн тухай хуулийн 11.1.11, Төрийн хяналт шалгалтын тухай хуулийн 10.3, 10.8-д заасныг тус тус үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:

1. Санхүүгийн хяналт шалгалтын улсын ерөнхий байцаагчийн эрхийг Сангийн сайд Б.Чойжилсүрэнд олгосугай.

(Энэ заалтыг Засгийн газрын 2018 оны 3 дугаар тогтоолоор хүчингүй болсонд тооцсон)

2. Санхүүгийн хяналт шалгалтын улсын байцаагчийн актын загварыг 1 дүгээр, Санхүүгийн хяналт шалгалтын улсын байцаагчийн албан шаардлагын загварыг 2 дугаар хавсралт ёсоор тус тус шинэчлэн баталсугай.

3. Энэ тогтоол гарсантай холбогдуулан "Улсын ерөнхий байцаагчийн эрх олгох тухай" Засгийн газрын 2015 оны 12 дугаар сарын 14-ний өдрийн 484 дүгээр тогтоолын 1 дүгээр зүйл, 2 дугаар зүйлийн "…Санхүүгийн хяналт, шалгалтын улсын байцаагчийн актын загварыг 3 дугаар, Санхүүгийн хяналт, шалгалтын улсын байцаагчийн албан шаардлагын загварыг 4 дүгээр…" гэсэн хэсгийг тус тус хүчингүй болсонд тооцсугай.
