Гэмт хэрэг, зөрчлөөс урьдчилан сэргийлэх тухай хуулийн 34 дүгээр зүйлийн 34.3 дахь хэсэгт заасныг үндэслэн ТУШААХ нь:

1."Гэмт хэрэг, зөрчлөөс урьдчилан сэргийлэх ажилд идэвхтэй оролцсон хүн, хуулийн этгээдийг урамшуулах журам"-ыг хавсралт ёсоор баталсугай.

2.Журмын хэрэгжилтийг хангаж ажиллахыг Гэмт хэргээс урьдчилан сэргийлэх ажлыг зохицуулах Салбар зөвлөлийн дарга нарт үүрэг болгосугай.

3.Энэ тушаалын хэрэгжилтэд хяналт тавьж ажиллахыг Гэмт хэргээс урьдчилан сэргийлэх ажлыг зохицуулах зөвлөлийн Ажлын албаны дарга /Л.Нямгэрэл/, Сангийн яамны Төрийн нарийн бичгийн дарга /Ж.Ганбат/-д тус тус даалгасугай.
