Газрын тухай хуулийн 16.1.13, 18.1.2-т заасныг тус тус үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Их Хурлын 2021 оны 106 дугаар тогтоолын 1 дүгээр хавсралтаар баталсан "Шинэ сэргэлтийн бодлого"-ын 3.2-т заасныг хэрэгжүүлэх зорилгоор Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:

1."Монгол ган цогцолбор I" төсөл хэрэгжүүлэх зориулалтаар Дархан-Уул аймгийн Дархан, Хонгор сумдын нутаг дэвсгэрийн нийт 77.7 га газрыг улсын тусгай хэрэгцээнд авч, хил заагийн эргэлтийн цэгүүдийн солбицлыг хавсралт ёсоор баталсугай.

2.Улсын тусгай хэрэгцээнд авсан газрыг зохих журмын дагуу газрын кадастрын мэдээллийн системд бүртгэж, газар ашиглуулах гэрээ байгуулахыг Газар зохион байгуулалт, геодези, зураг зүйн газар (Ж.Батсайхан)-т даалгасугай.
