Монгол Улсын Засаг захиргаа, нутаг дэвсгэрийн нэгж, түүний удирдлагын тухай хуулийн 35 дугаар зүйлийн 35.1.10, Малын тоо толгойн албан татварын тухай хуулийн 6 дугаар зүйлийн 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4-д заасныг үндэслэн ТОГТООХ нь:

1.Малын тоо толгойн албан татварын хэмжээг төрөл тус бүрээр доор дурдсанаар баталсугай.

3.Энэхүү тогтоол гарсантай холбогдуулан сумын ИТХ-ын 2021 оны 03 дугаар сарын 16-ны өдрийн 03/01 тогтоолыг хүчингүй болгосонд тооцсугай.
