Монгол Улсын хилийн тухай хуулийн 21.2, 28.2-т заасныг тус тус үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:

1. Монгол, Оросын хилийн Алтанбулаг авто замын боомтоор улсын хил нэвтрэх ачаа, тээврийн хөдөлгөөнийг 2021 оны 10 дугаар сарын 15-ны өдрөөс эхлэн хэвийн горимд шилжүүлэн ажиллахыг Зам, тээврийн хөгжлийн сайд Л.Халтар, Хил хамгаалах ерөнхий газар (Х.Лхагвасүрэн), Гаалийн ерөнхий газар (Б.Асралт), Мэргэжлийн хяналтын ерөнхий газар (Т.Гантулга)-т тус тус даалгасугай.

2. Алтанбулаг боомтоор улсын хил нэвтрэх ачаа тээвэрлэлтийг хэвийн горимд шилжүүлсэн тухай Оросын Холбооны Улсад дипломат шугамаар мэдэгдэхийг Гадаад харилцааны сайд Б.Батцэцэгт даалгасугай.

3. Энэ тогтоол гарсантай холбогдуулан "Хилийн боомтын талаар авах арга хэмжээний тухай" Засгийн газрын 2021 оны 2 дугаар сарын 17-ны өдрийн 38 дугаар тогтоолыг хүчингүй болсонд тооцсугай.
