Газрын тухай хуулийн 16.1.13, 18.1.2-т заасныг тус тус үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:

1. Иргэний нисэхийн ерөнхий газарт үйлчилгээ, хамгаалалтын бүсийн болон контор, аж ахуйн зориулалтаар олгосон нийслэлийн Хан-Уул дүүргийн 21 дүгээр хорооны нутаг дэвсгэр дэх 509.1 га газар, мөн дүүргийн 10 дугаар хорооны нутаг дэвсгэр дэх 2.01 га газрыг улсын тусгай хэрэгцээнд авч, газрын хилийн заагийн эргэлтийн цэгийн солбицол, талбайн хэмжээг хавсралтаар баталсугай.

2. Улсын тусгай хэрэгцээнд авсан энэ тогтоолын 1-д заасан газруудын хилийн заагийн эргэлтийн цэгийн солбицол, талбайн хэмжээг газрын кадастрын улсын мэдээллийн санд бүртгэж, холбогдох журмын дагуу газар ашиглуулах гэрээ байгуулж, гэрчилгээ олгохыг Газар зохион байгуулалт, геодези, зураг зүйн газар (Ц.Ганхүү)-т даалгасугай.
