Төрийн болон орон нутгийн өмчийн тухай хуулийн 9 дүгээр зүйлийн 5 дахь хэсэг, Төсвийн тухай хуулийн 10.1.10, Соёлын тухай хуулийн 7 дугаар зүйлийн 2 дахь хэсэгт заасныг тус тус үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Засгийн ТОГТООХ нь:

1. "Хүүхэд, залуучуудын театр"-ыг Соёлын яамны харьяанд байгуулсугай.

2. "Хүүхэд, залуучуудын театр"-ын бүтэц, дүрмийг баталж, үйл ажиллагааг нь зохих журмын дагуу эхлүүлэх арга хэмжээ авахыг Соёлын сайд Ч.Номинд даалгасугай.

3. "Хүүхэд, залуучуудын театр"-ын үйл ажиллагаанд шаардагдах зардлыг 2021 оны батлагдсан төсвийн багцдаа багтаан шийдвэрлэхийг Соёлын сайд Ч.Номинд, цаашид жил бүрийн улсын төсвийн төсөлд тусган санхүүжүүлж байхыг Соёлын сайд Ч.Номин, Сангийн сайд Б.Жавхлан нарт даалгасугай.

4. Улаанбаатар хотын Сонгинохайрхан дүүргийн 5 дугаар хорооны нутаг дэвсгэрт улсын төсвийн хөрөнгө оруулалтаар баригдаж байгаа "Дүүргийн соёлын ордны барилга"-ыг уг театрт шилжүүлэх ажлыг холбогдох хууль, журмын дагуу зохион байгуулахыг Соёлын сайд Ч.Номин, Нийслэлийн Засаг дарга бөгөөд Улаанбаатар хотын захирагч Д.Сумъяабазар, Төрийн өмчийн бодлого, зохицуулалтын газар (Б.Цэнгэл)-т даалгасугай.
