Статистикийн тухай хуулийн 7 дугаар зүйлийн 1 дэх хэсгийн "в", мөн зүйлийн 2 дахь хэсэгт заасныг тус тус үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:

1. Улсын хэмжээнд гамшгаас хамгаалах бүх нийтийн бэлэн байдлын зэрэгт шилжүүлсэнтэй холбогдуулан "Тооллогын товыг өөрчлөн тогтоох тухай" Засгийн газрын 2003 оны 224 дүгээр тогтоолын 1 дэх заалтад заасан хугацааг 2020 онд мөрдөхгүй байхаар тогтоосугай.

2. Мал, тэжээвэр амьтдын 2020 оны тооллогыг коронавируст халдвар (КОВИД-19)-ын цар тахлын нөхцөл байдалтай уялдуулан холбогдох хуулийн хүрээнд зохион байгуулахыг Үндэсний Статистикийн хороо (Ч.Баянчимэг)-нд зөвлөсүгэй.

3. Мал, тэжээвэр амьтдын тооллогын ажлыг нэгдсэн удирдлагаар хангаж ажиллахыг Хүнс, хөдөө аж ахуй, хөнгөн үйлдвэрийн сайд З.Мэндсайханд, тооллогын ажлыг үр дүнтэй зохион байгуулж, халдвар, хамгааллын дэглэмийг сайтар мөрдүүлж ажиллахыг аймаг, нийслэлийн Засаг дарга нарт тус тус даалгасугай.
