Монгол Улсын хилийн тухай хуулийн 16.2-т заасныг үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:
1. Улаанбаатар хотын "Буянт-Ухаа" олон улсын нисэх буудал дахь агаарын замын хилийн боомтыг Төв аймгийн Сэргэлэн сумын Хөшигийн хөндийд байгуулагдсан "Улаанбаатар хотын Олон улсын нисэх онгоцны шинэ буудал"-д шилжүүлэх, уг боомтод хилийн хяналтын байгууллагуудын үйл ажиллагааг эхлүүлэхэд шаардагдах зардлыг холбогдох журмын дагуу шийдвэрлэхийг Сангийн сайд, Хилийн боомтын үндэсний зөвлөлийн дарга Ч.Хүрэлбаатарт зөвшөөрсүгэй.
2. Улаанбаатар хотын "Буянт-Ухаа" олон улсын нисэх буудалд хилийн хяналт шалгалтыг хууль тогтоомжийн дагуу үргэлжлүүлэн зохион байгуулж ажиллахыг Хил хамгаалах ерөнхий газар (Ж.Бямбасүрэн), Гаалийн ерөнхий газар (Б.Асралт), Мэргэжлийн хяналтын ерөнхий газар (Н.Цагаанхүү), Гадаадын иргэн, харьяатын газар (Д.Мөрөн)-т тус тус даалгасугай.
3. Энэ тогтоол гарсантай холбогдуулан "Хилийн зарим боомтыг олон улсын боомт болгох тухай" Засгийн газрын 1996 оны 3 дугаар сарын 13-ны өдрийн 58 дугаар тогтоолын "Улаанбаатар хотын Буянт-Ухаагийн нисэх онгоцны төв буудал" гэснийг "Улаанбаатар хотын Олон улсын нисэх онгоцны шинэ буудал" гэж өөрчилсүгэй.
