Агаарын бохирдлын төлбөрийн тухай хуулийн 8.5, 8.6-д заасныг тус тус үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:
Засгийн газрын 2012 оны 4 дүгээр сарын 25-ны өдрийн 139 дүгээр тогтоолоор баталсан "Түүхий нүүрс олборлодог аж ахуйн нэгж, байгууллагыг агаарын бохирдлын төлбөрөөс чөлөөлөх, хөнгөлөлт үзүүлэх журам"-ын 1.2 дахь заалтын "20-оос доошгүй хувийг дангаараа хангаж байгаа" гэсний дараа "болон агаарын бохирдлыг бууруулах зорилгоор сайжруулсан түлш үйлдвэрлэхэд ашиглаж байгаа нүүрсний 70-аас доошгүй хувийг үнэ төлбөргүй нийлүүлж байгаа" гэж, 1.3 дахь заалтын "дулааны төвлөрсөн хангамжийн эх үүсвэрт" гэсний дараа "болон сум, суурин газрын агаарын бохирдлыг бууруулах зорилгоор сайжруулсан түлш үйлдвэрлэхэд зориулан" гэж, 2.2 дахь заалтын "дулааны төвлөрсөн хангамжийн эх үүсвэрт" гэсний дараа "болон сайжруулсан түлш үйлдвэрлэхэд зориулан" гэж, 2.3.2 дахь дэд заалтын "1.2-т заасан дулааны цахилгаан станцуудтай" гэсний дараа ",эсхүл сайжруулсан түлшний үйлдвэртэй" гэж, 2.3.3 дахь дэд заалтын "1.3-т заасан төвлөрсөн дулааны хангамжийн эх үүсвэр бүхий аж ахуйн нэгж, байгууллагатай" гэсний дараа ",эсхүл сайжруулсан түлшний үйлдвэртэй" гэж тус тус нэмсүгэй.
