Монгол Улсын Засгийн газрын тухай хуулийн 7 дугаар зүйлийн 2 дахь хэсэг, 30 дугаар зүйлийн 1 дэх хэсэгт заасныг тус тус үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:

1. Төрийн албаны шинэтгэлийг эрчимжүүлж, төрийн албан хаагчийн орон тоо, цалин хөлсний зардлын төлөвлөлт, хэрэгжилт, хяналтыг сайжруулах зорилгоор төрийн албаны хүний нөөцийн мэдээлэлд суурилсан төрийн албаны цалингийн нэгдсэн системийг 2020 оны 5 дугаар сараас бүх шатны төсвийн байгууллагад үе шаттайгаар нэвтрүүлэх, уг системийн үйл ажиллагааны заавар баталж мөрдүүлэхийг Сангийн сайд Ч.Хүрэлбаатарт даалгасугай.

2. Хүний нөөцийн удирдлагын мэдээллийн системээс төрийн албаны цалингийн нэгдсэн системд мэдээлэл дамжуулах үйл явцыг тасралтгүй, найдвартай ажиллах нөхцөлөөр хангаж, системд шаардлагатай өөрчлөлт, сайжруулалтыг тухай бүр хийж байхыг Төрийн албаны зөвлөл (Б.Баатарзориг)-д зөвлөсүгэй.

3. Төрийн албан хаагчийн цалин хөлсний бүрэлдэхүүн, албан тушаалын ангилал, шатлал, зэрэглэл болон цалин хөлс тооцоолоход шаардагдах бусад мэдээлэлд өөрчлөлт орсон тухай бүрт өөрчлөлтийг хүний нөөцийн удирдлагын мэдээллийн системд үнэн зөв байдлаар оруулж, мэдээллийн нууцлал, аюулгүй байдлыг хангаж ажиллахыг бүх шатны төсвийн захирагч нарт даалгасугай.
