Газрын тухай хуулийн 16.1.14, 18.1.2-т заасныг тус тус үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ТОГТООХ нь:

1. Аюултай хог хаягдал, лаг боловсруулах, булшлах, устгах байгууламж барих зориулалтаар улсын тусгай хэрэгцээнд авсан Нийслэлийн Багануур дүүргийн 3 дугаар хорооны нутаг дэвсгэр дэх хавсралтад заасан байршил, хилийн заагийн эргэлтийн цэгийн солбицол бүхий 10 га газрыг улсын тусгай хэрэгцээнээс гаргасугай.

2. Энэ тогтоол гарсантай холбогдуулан "Газрыг улсын тусгай хэрэгцээнд авах тухай" Засгийн газрын 2019 оны 8 дугаар сарын 28-ны өдрийн 337 дугаар тогтоолын 1 дэх заалтын "Нийслэлийн Багануур дүүргийн 3 дугаар хорооны нутаг дэвсгэр дэх 10 га, …" гэснийг хасч, мөн тогтоолын хавсралтаар баталсан "Аюултай хог хаягдал, лаг боловсруулах, булшлах, устгах байгууламж барих зориулалтаар улсын тусгай хэрэгцээнд авах газрын байршил, хилийн заагийн эргэлтийн цэгийн солбицол, талбайн хэмжээ"-ний 1 дэх хэсгийг хүчингүй болсонд тооцсугай.
