ХУУЛИЙН ЭТГЭЭДИЙН УЛСЫН БҮРТГЭЛИЙН ТУХАЙ ХУУЛИЙГ ДАГАЖ МӨРДӨХ ЖУРМЫН ТУХАЙ
Хүчин төгөлдөр
2 дугаар зүйл.Төрийн байгууллага, албан газар болон улсын төсөвт үйлдвэрийн газрыг ангилан бүртгэхтэй холбогдуулан улсын бүртгэлийн мэдээлэлд өөрчлөлт оруулах, шинэчлэх, хувийн хэргийн бүрдүүлэлтийг хангах арга хэмжээг улсын бүртгэлийн байгууллага бусад төрийн байгууллагатай хамтран зохион байгуулна.
3 дугаар зүйл.Хуулийн этгээдийн улсын бүртгэлийн тухай хуулийн шинэчилсэн найруулгыг дагаж мөрдсөнөөс хойш 2 жилийн хугацаанд энэ хуулийн 1 дүгээр зүйлд заасан хүсэлт, холбогдох бусад баримт бичгийг улсын бүртгэлийн байгууллагад хүргүүлж, бүртгүүлнэ.
4 дүгээр зүйл.Хуулийн этгээдийн улсын бүртгэлийн тухай хуулийн шинэчилсэн найруулгыг дагаж мөрдөхөөс өмнө хуулийн этгээдийн нэрийг баталгаажуулсан боловч хууль хэрэгжиж эхэлснээс хойш 3 сарын дотор тухайн нэрээр хуулийн этгээдийг улсын бүртгэлд бүртгүүлээгүй тохиолдолд нэрийн баталгаажуулалтыг хүчингүйд тооцно.
5 дугаар зүйл.Хуулийн этгээдийн улсын бүртгэлийн тухай хуулийн 8.3 дахь хэсгийг дагаж мөрдөх хүртэл хугацаанд хуулийн этгээдийн салбар, төлөөлөгчийн газрыг бүртгэх харьяаллыг мөн хуулийн 8.4-т заасан журмаар зохицуулна.
6 дугаар зүйл.Энэ хуулийг Хуулийн этгээдийн улсын бүртгэлийн тухай хууль /Шинэчилсэн найруулга/ хүчин төгөлдөр болсон өдрөөс эхлэн дагаж мөрдөнө.
