УЛСЫН БҮРТГЭЛИЙН ЕРӨНХИЙ ХУУЛИЙГ ДАГАЖ МӨРДӨХ ЖУРМЫН ТУХАЙ

2 дугаар зүйл.Дундын мэдээллийн санг үүсгэхтэй холбогдсон арга хэмжээг улсын бүртгэлийн болон барилга, хот байгуулалтын асуудал эрхэлсэн Засгийн газрын гишүүний хамтарсан тушаалаар баталсан төлөвлөгөөний дагуу хэрэгжүүлнэ.
3 дугаар зүйл.Дундын мэдээллийн сан үүсгэх, хэвийн ажиллагаатай болох хүртэл хугацаанд кадастрын зураглалын мэдээллийн сан болон эрхийн улсын бүртгэлийн цахим мэдээллийн сангаас лавлагаа, мэдээллийг хуульд заасан журмын дагуу өгнө.
4 дүгээр зүйл.Улсын бүртгэлийн байгууллагад ажиллаж байгаа эрх зүйч мэргэжил эзэмшээгүй улсын бүртгэгч нь хууль хүчин төгөлдөр дагаж мөрдөж эхэлснээс хойш 5 жилийн хугацаанд Улсын бүртгэлийн ерөнхий хуулийн 19 дүгээр зүйлийн 19.1-д заасан шаардлагыг хангасан байна.
5 дугаар зүйл.Энэ хуулийг Улсын бүртгэлийн ерөнхий хууль /Шинэчилсэн найруулга/ хүчин төгөлдөр болсон өдрөөс эхлэн дагаж мөрдөнө.
